Carter Park

Carter Industrial Partners, L.P. worked with db constructors to design and build two new office/warehouse speculative lease facilities on Will Rogers Blvd. in Fort Worth, Texas.

The site is located in a 100-year flood zone and was also subject to the Park’s strict
development standards. This required a flood study identifying ultimate 100-year
flood elevation before submittal for building permit. Highlights of this project
include a lime stone wainscot and attractive EIFS moulding at office entries. The
project included thirty-two dock high shipping and receiving doors along with four
drive-in doors and ramps.

This attractive facility was completed on time and on budget – under $28.00 per
square foot.
